The Open Doors Initiative creates employability for marginalised people. We work with organisations and NGOs to remove obstacles to work and make employers disability confident. Open Doors Initiative links with employers throughout Ireland who are committed to employing people of all abilities.

Each Thursday they email anyone who links with them a list of job opportunities available from employers eager to employ job seekers.

They also have a range of supports in place to help job seekers of all abilities get ready for employment
